For most of my adult life, I've been an avid home cook and a professional woodworker. My experience comes from sharpening my own kitchen knives and woodworking tools for many years.

Knives under 6” are $8
Knives over 6” are $10

This covers a lot of commercial kitchen knives like Wusthof, Henkel, most Japanese knives, Victorinox, Chicago Cutlery, Dexter-Russel, Lamson, F-Dick and many more!

I can also sharpen hunting knives and pocket knives.

Minor repairs for broken tips, small chips, bolster reductions, cleaning and a light polish are included in the above price.

Drop Off / Pick Up
I am located in downtown Buffalo, Allentown area. You can drop off your items at my house or I can come to your house. Alternatively, we can meet up somewhere. Whatever is easier for you!

Turnaround time will generally be 1 to 2 days, sometimes even the same day.
